"Simply a great traditional Devon pub"

" Good pub grub! We’ve been here to eat a few times and always found it to be a very friendly and welcoming pub. The food is home cooked, fresh to order and served very promptly. There is always a specials board with lots of in-season, local produce and they are always knowledgable about the menu and happy to adapt meals to suit one’s requirements. The landlord, is a pleasant chap who knows a lot about the menu and the various drinks on offer; there is a wide variety of local ales and spirits - including a great selection of gins. Definitely recommended for a proper pub meal! "
